Katinka is knowledgable and passionate about what she does. What I liked most about the class is that the food was delicious and I learned about new ingredients like sugar substitutes and also about where to find them. I would make these recipes again because they are great alternative to regular Christmas treats.
Very conversational with lots of good tips and knowledge on foods and their medicinal properties. I really liked the recipes, great flavors and seemed easy to make. I would try to make these at home, you made them easy enough for me not to feel intimidated.
